- 1 medium size chicken breats
- 1 ear of corn
Prepare chicken breast in pan and slice into small pieces when finished
Break ear of corn into 2 even section and boil until tender
- Boil Fettucine noodles in medium pot
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.
For presentation place fettucine in center of plate with afredo on top. Place chicken to the left and corn on the right. Serve with Sangria Sangria Mango Peach.
